Oracle CLM Lead
• Configure and support Oracle Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) modules — Enterprise Contracts and the modules associated – Purchasing, self-service procurement.
• Gather and document business requirements from legal, procurement, and contract teams
• Design contract workflows, approval hierarchies, and clause libraries
• Lead fit-gap analysis and translate requirements into functional specifications
• Support UAT, training, and change management for end users
• Coordinate with technical team on configuration vs. customization decisions
• 5+ years Oracle CLM/Procurement functional experience; EBS or Fusion background
