Role: Finance Lead /Local Finance Director

Location: NY & NJ (Remote)

Duration: Long term contract

Job Description:

Primary Responsibility:

  • Overall finance governance and leadership
  • Financial statement integrity and reporting
  • Compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
  • Internal controls and risk management
  • Coordination with external auditors
  • Finance transformation initiatives
  • Country Board and management reporting
  • Final review and approval of key financial deliverables

Accounting & Statutory Lead

  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Local bookkeeping
  • IFRS and Local GAAP compliance
  • Statutory financial statements
  • Monthly, quarterly, and annual close
  • Accruals and provisions
  • GL reconciliations
  • Intercompany reconciliations
