The Role • Ensure an outstanding shopping experience for highly satisfied customers. • Act as the direct deputy to the Store Manager, managing efficient workflows and leading the team in partial responsibility. • Handle all tasks in the sales floor and stockroom, including incoming goods checks, product display, and shelf-life monitoring. • Replenish and check the freshness of produce and baked goods. • Perform cashier duties and assist with stockroom and cleaning tasks. What You'll Need • Strong drive and a desire to strengthen our team. • Completed retail apprenticeship, or relevant experience in retail or another field. • Friendly demeanor and enjoyment of customer interaction. • Willingness to work diligently and hands-on. • Flexibility, team spirit, organizational talent, and leadership experience. • Good German language skills (minimum B1 level) for effective customer communication.
