Program Manager

Position : E2E Project/Program Manager
Location:  PHOENIX, AZ (Onsite)

E2E Project/Program Manager for a top initiative that intersects with AI, Finance, Risk and Compliance.Project/Program Manager who would manage delivery and execution at program level
6+ years of Software Project Management  experience.
Additional certifications are preferred- PMI-ACP, PMP, CSM, SSM etc.
Deep understanding of Agile at Scale or iterative development processes,  including quality and testing standard practices
1. Experience managing large scale programs/initiatives E2E
2. Experience setting up Program structures such as PMO. Help set up reporting structure, operating model and governance structure
3. Work with impacted platforms Engg/Product leaders and track multiple modernization efforts. Extensive experience leading Risk and Compliance, knowledge of AI tools, Finance portfolio
4. Own,  present and update roadmaps working closely with stakeholders
5. Create biweekly, monthly Executive leadership updates
6. Expert leveraging JIRA Cloud, Confluence Cloud
7. Finance, Regulatory, Compliance domain knowledge a plus
