Java with payment domain

Job Summary We are seeking a Java Developer with experience in the payments domain to design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise applications supporting payment data services. This role focuses on building end-to-end technical solutions, developing secure APIs, and contributing to data-driven initiatives within a modern Agile environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring technologies, RESTful services, and distributed data platforms. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java EE and Spring technologies. Develop scalable RESTful APIs supporting payment services and enterprise integrations. Design and implement technical solutions for payment data services and operational data platforms. Develop applications using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Batch, and Spring Security. Build and maintain applications utilizing MongoDB and other document-oriented databases. Develop and support event-driven applications using Apache Kafka. Utilize Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, Git, and Nexus throughout the software development lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions. Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous integration. Troubleshoot application issues and implement performance improvements. Contribute to technical design discussions and ensure adherence to development standards. Required Qualifications 35+ years of experience in Java EE application development and design. 35+ years of experience with Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and Spring Security. 35+ years of experience developing RESTful APIs. 35+ years of experience working with document-oriented databases such as MongoDB. 2+ years of experience with Apache Kafka. Hands-on experience with Maven, Jenkins, Gradle, Git, and Nexus. Strong understanding of software development best practices. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Agile, Waterfall, SDLC, and PMLC methodologies. Experience with SSO, MFA, PingFederate, OIDC, OAuth, and API Gateway technologies. Experience with Continuous Integration and Test-Driven Development (TDD). Experience with gRPC. Experience with Databricks and Apache Spark. Experience with Python, including PySpark and Pandas. Experience working in payment processing or payment operations environments. Education: Bachelors Degree
