Must-haves:
Bachelor''''s in Business, IS, CS, Engineering, Public Admin, or related field
7–10+ years in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Agile delivery
Proven experience leading Agile product teams on enterprise modernization efforts
Strong grasp of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe practices
Hands-on with Azure DevOps, Jira, or Confluence
Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, negotiation, and communication skills
CSPO / SAFe POPM (or equivalent) certification preferred
Salesforce, ServiceNow, or MS Power Platform / cloud platforms
Business Process Reengineering and digital transformation
Human-Centered Design / Design Thinking
AI-enabled products and intelligent automation
Federal grants management, healthcare, or regulatory knowledge
Core of the role: Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog; act as the voice of the customer between federal stakeholders and Agile teams; drive business-process transformation (not just legacy automation), AI-enabled innovation, and data-driven decisions - all while ensuring 508/compliance and delivering measurable business value
