Job Description

Level 2 IT Support / Desktop Support Engineer (W2 Only) 🚨

📍 Location: Training in Marlborough, MA for first 2 weeks to 1 month with hybrid onsite requirements at clients in Greater Boston area after that. Will need to be available to travel back to Marlborough occasionally to deliver equipment, complete trainings, etc. 
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time, W2 Only (No C2C / No Third-Party Vendors)

We''re looking for a Level 2 IT Support / Desktop Support Engineer to join a growing team supporting enterprise end users and IT infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong troubleshooting skills, desktop support experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional technical support.

 

Required Skills

  • Experience with Level 2 Desktop Support and/or Junior Systems Administration
  • Strong Windows environment support
  • Active Directory administration
  • Microsoft Intune application packaging and deployment
  • SSO integrations
  • PowerShell scripting knowledge
  • Technical troubleshooting (hardware, software, operating systems)
  • Process documentation and ownership of complex technical issues
  • Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi)
