Level 2 IT Support / Desktop Support Engineer (W2 Only) 🚨
📍 Location: Training in Marlborough, MA for first 2 weeks to 1 month with hybrid onsite requirements at clients in Greater Boston area after that. Will need to be available to travel back to Marlborough occasionally to deliver equipment, complete trainings, etc.
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time, W2 Only (No C2C / No Third-Party Vendors)
We''re looking for a Level 2 IT Support / Desktop Support Engineer to join a growing team supporting enterprise end users and IT infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong troubleshooting skills, desktop support experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional technical support.
Required Skills
- Experience with Level 2 Desktop Support and/or Junior Systems Administration
- Strong Windows environment support
- Active Directory administration
- Microsoft Intune application packaging and deployment
- SSO integrations
- PowerShell scripting knowledge
- Technical troubleshooting (hardware, software, operating systems)
- Process documentation and ownership of complex technical issues
- Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi)
