Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement across non-clinical categories, including catering, linen, waste management, facilities management, maintenance and nursing agencies.
- Develop and implement category strategies aligned with operational requirements and broader organisational objectives.
- Partner with stakeholders across hospital sites to understand operational needs and deliver practical, fit-for-purpose procurement solutions.
- Build and maintain effective supplier relationships across distributors, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and global brands.
- Drive commercial outcomes through strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, supplier performance management and cost optimisation.
- Review and improve operating models across facilities and support services to enhance efficiency, consistency and service delivery.
About You

- The ability to translate operational requirements into commercially sound, practical solutions that deliver measurable value.
What We Offer
- The opportunity to influence procurement outcomes across critical hospital operations.
- A collaborative, purpose-driven environment where your work supports the delivery of quality healthcare.
