Job Summary

Looking for experienced Project Managers, Program Managers, and Software Engineers with hands-on experience in the TriZetto Facets platform. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in healthcare payer systems, claims processing, benefits administration, and provider/member operations.

 

For Project Manager / Program Manager

• Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects involving the Facets platform. 

• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications. 

• Coordinate with business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure successful project delivery. 

• Drive Agile and/or Waterfall project execution methodologies. 

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards. 

 

• Design, develop, configure, and support TriZetto Facets applications. 

• Build and maintain integrations with upstream and downstream healthcare systems. 

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 

• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis. 

• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support. 

 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. 

• 5–10+ years of relevant experience (depending on role). 

• Strong hands-on experience with TriZetto Facets. 

• Experience working with Healthcare Payer/Health Insurance organizations. 

• Strong understanding of: 

  Claims Processing 

  Member Enrollment 

  Benefits Configuration 

  Provider Management 

  Billing and Payment 

• Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare industry standards. 

• Experience working in Agile environments. 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
