Job Description

Senior AI Developer 3 days Onsite (MN), 12+ Months Contract
Experience
  • Design and implement Small Language Models (SLMs) optimized for domain-specific tasks such as customer interactions, document understanding, or process automation
  • Build and maintain AI frameworks enabling scalable training, inference, experiment tracking, observability, and model governance
  • Deploy AI Agents capable of orchestration, reasoning, planning, and workflow automation across enterprise systems
  • Design and develop autonomous AI agents leveraging LLMs
  • Build AI-powered tools to enhance developer productivity
  • Create agents for coding, testing, and DevSecOps automation
