Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive, accessible public-facing portal UI for data exploration and visualization.
- Implement interactive UI components, including tree navigation, query builder interfaces, filter panels, and visualization control panels.
- Integrate geospatial map visualizations using ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript by consuming REST endpoints.
- Build interactive chart visualizations using Chart.js or D3.js for time-series, bar, and multi-series analytical views.
- Implement data export functionality supporting multiple file formats and download workflows.
- Ensure ADA / Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 AA compliance across all public-facing pages using automated testing tools.
- Consume RESTful backend APIs for dynamic data rendering and state management.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with PHP.
- Experience in frontend development.
- Experience working in Agile delivery and Agile ceremonies.
- Experience consuming RESTful APIs.
- Experience with ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript.
- Experience with Chart.js or D3.js.
- Experience writing unit and integration tests using Jest.
- Knowledge of ADA / Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 AA compliance.
