Data Engineer – Retail & E-Commerce (2-3 Years Experience)

We are seeking a Data Engineer – Retail & E-Commerce to support data pipelines and analytics platforms. This role focuses on data ingestion, transformation, and validation for retail and ecommerce datasets. You will collaborate with analytics teams to support reporting needs. Key Responsibilities

• Support ETL / ELT data pipelines
• Write SQL queries and basic Python scripts
• Assist with data ingestion and transformation
• Perform data quality checks
• Support data warehouse activities
• Collaborate with BI teams
• Maintain technical documentation

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in data engineering or analytics
• Strong SQL skills
• Basic Python knowledge
• Understanding of ETL concepts
• Exposure to cloud platforms
• Strong analytical mindset
• Good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data engineering fundamentals
• Knowledge of retail & e-commerce data
• Transactional data processing experience
• Understanding of dimensional modeling basics
• Exposure to AWS basics, S3, and Redshift
• Batch processing experience
