About the Role
As our Warranty Administrator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring warranty claims are processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with manufacturer requirements. Working closely with our Service team, you'll help maximise claim recoveries while delivering outstanding support to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Process and manage warranty claims accurately and within required timeframes.
- Review warranty submissions to ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers regarding claim approvals and reimbursements.
- Maintain accurate warranty records and supporting documentation.
- Monitor claim status and follow up on outstanding submissions.
- Work closely with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure warranty repairs are correctly documented.
- Keep up to date with changing warranty procedures and manufacturer requirements.
About You
The ideal candidate will bring dealership administration experience and a strong eye for detail.
- Previous experience in a Warranty Administrator role within an automotive dealership (preferred).
- Experience in either light vehicle, truck, or heavy vehicle environments.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with Pentana, DMS and/or SAP (highly regarded).
