VIQU has partnered with a leading legal organisation seeking an experienced AI Business Analyst to support the delivery of AI, automation, analytics and digital transformation initiatives across the business. Previous experience working within a legal environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities of the AI Business Analyst:

Identify and shape AI, automation, analytics and generative AI use cases.
Gather and translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
Lead stakeholder workshops, interviews and data discovery sessions.
Support the design, testing, validation and implementation of AI solutions.
Assess data readiness, quality, governance and associated AI risks.
Support UAT, change impact assessments, adoption and AI governance.

Key Requirements of the AI Business Analyst:

5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent.
Essential: Previous experience working within a legal environment.
Experience delivering technology, business change, AI, data, analytics, automation or digital transformation initiatives.
Good understanding of AI concepts, including generative AI and data-driven solutions.
Strong data literacy and experience with requirements gathering, process mapping and UAT.
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across business, technology, risk and compliance.
Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
BCS Business Analysis or equivalent qualification is desirable.
