Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of Epic training experience.
• Epic certification in MST / TED 300 or another applicable Epic certification.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Experience with full-cycle EHR implementation and support.
• Ability to work all three tours as required.
• Ability to work on-site/in person at the Maimonides campus; this position is not remote.
• Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Healthcare, Hospital, Public, or Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or a related field, with at least three years of relevant full-time experience, including one year in a responsible managerial or supervisory capacity; or
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Healthcare, Hospital, Public, or Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline, with at least four years of relevant full-time experience, including two years in a responsible managerial or supervisory capacity; or
• A satisfactory combination of education, training, and experience.

Desired

• Additional relevant Epic certifications.
• Experience supporting large-scale healthcare technology implementations.
• Experience leading training teams and coordinating multidisciplinary implementation stakeholders.
• Experience with operational improvement, compliance, and healthcare administrative initiatives.
