Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Security Architect to provide security architecture leadership across complex programs and initiatives. The role will work closely with business stakeholders, enterprise and domain architects, engineering and delivery teams, vendors, and partners to ensure solutions align with security policies, standards, principles, and risk frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure solution architectures comply with security policies, standards, patterns, and principles.
• Perform Security Quality Assurance and support operational readiness activities.
• Define and maintain security architecture patterns, standards, guidelines, and reusable security requirements.
• Provide subject matter expertise across one or more security domains.
• Define security solution architectures and document business and security impacts.
• Contribute to requirements, solution impact assessments, high-level designs, solution briefs, architecture definitions, and security risk assessments.
• Identify, assess, and communicate security risks to business and technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, domain architects, engineers, delivery teams, product vendors, and partners to implement appropriate security controls.
• Assess emerging security capabilities and contribute to security capability roadmaps.
• Contribute to security strategy, standards, frameworks, and governance.
• Build strong relationships with technology vendors and industry stakeholders to identify emerging security opportunities and threats.
• Act as a trusted security advisor across multiple security domains.
• Mentor and guide Security Architects and developing team members.
• Lead and manage high-complexity security initiatives, simplifying complex requirements to support effective execution.

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in Security Architecture within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of security policies, standards, architecture principles, risk management, and security controls.
• Experience developing security architecture patterns, frameworks, standards, and guidelines.
• Experience conducting security risk and security impact assessments.
• Strong experience working with enterprise architecture, solution architecture, engineering, and delivery teams.
• Ability to assess emerging security technologies and capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level engagement.
• Experience managing complex programs and security initiatives.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and influencing skills.
• Ability to operate across multiple security domains and act as a trusted security advisor.
