The Role

• Lead integration and test program planning and execution for verification and validation activities.
• Develop and execute complex software and hardware test plans and procedures for system-level testing.
• Lead complex integration activities and the development of test environments and tools.
• Analyze data, prepare test briefings, and write comprehensive test reports.
• Provide mentoring, technical guidance, and coaching to less experienced engineers.
• Identify interdependencies between products and programs to plan integration and test events.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics.
• 15+ years in a technical environment, primarily in Test Engineering.
• Proven background in Radar systems software and hardware integration & test.
• Experience leading Developmental Test and Evaluation, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
• Demonstrated leadership skills with cross-functional experience.
• Experience with C++ and Linux and/or digital hardware, and MATLAB for tool development.
