Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation, migration, enhancement, and transformation projects for Financial Services - Funds, Capital Markets, Private Wealth and Family Office.
The successful candidate will manage delivery across solution design, data migration, integrations, testing, training, UAT, change management, production deployment, vendor coordination, and stakeholder governance.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Lead end-to-end implementation and rollout projects.
- Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, RAID logs, resource plans, and status reports.
- Manage project governance, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within agreed scope.
- Coordinate activities across clients, business, technology, vendors, and third-party implementation partners.
Business & Functional Analysis
- Facilitate discovery and requirements workshops.
- Document current-state and future-state business processes.
- Review and challenge requirements to align with best practices.
- Drive process standardization across jurisdictions and business units.
Solution Design & Configuration
- Work closely with consultants and SMEs across different workstreams.
- Maintain project artifacts - configuration, design workbooks, workflow documentation, security matrices, and solution design outputs.
Data Migration
- Define the data migration strategy and execution approach.
- Coordinate data extraction, mapping, cleansing, ETL review, migration validation, and sign-off.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Oversee SIT, UAT, and regression testing cycles.
- Manage test scenarios, test scripts, defect resolution, retesting, and sign-offs.
- Ensure business readiness before production deployment.
Training & Change Management
- Develop training plans and business readiness activities.
- Coordinate creation of user manuals, training materials, and end-user documentation.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and adoption planning.
Cutover & Go-Live
- Lead cutover planning, go-live readiness, and deployment coordination.
- Manage blackout periods, hypercare, post-production support, and transition to BAU.
- Ensure successful operational handover and closure of critical go-live actions.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for Professional Services, implementation partners, client, business stakeholders, and technology teams.
- Escalate risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies proactively with clear ownership and deadlines.
Required
- 5 to 7+ years of project management experience.
- Minimum 5+ years managing implementation, rollout, migration, or transformation projects.
- Proven experience delivering implementation projects across business, technology, vendor, and client stakeholder groups.
- Fluent Spanish Speaking, and English Speaking
- Experience and flexibility to manage global stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones - LATAM, BILL, EMEA, APAC, etc. Minimum 4-hour daily overlap with LATAM business hours; flexibility for global stakeholder calls as required.
- Strong delivery experience using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models.

Education & Certifications
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce Accounting, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
Preferred:
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile / Scrum certification, and/or certification(s).
