SIEM Engineer

Role: SIEM Engineer 
Location: Remote
Long-term Only full-time

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of experience implementing and managing SIEM solutions in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Cortex XSIAM (preferred), Splunk, IBM QRadar, or other SIEM platforms.
• Strong experience with log ingestion, log migration, normalization, monitoring, and optimization.
• Expertise in designing, developing, and tuning correlation rules and threat detection strategies.
• Experience with event collection, log management, identity monitoring, and security analytics.
• Strong knowledge of Security Operations Center (SOC) processes and incident detection.
• Proficiency in Regular Expressions (Regex) and log parsing.
• Bachelor''s degree or relevant certifications (CISSP, GIAC, SIEM vendor certifications) are preferred.
