Job Description

Position: Technical Writer - Expert

Location: Raleigh, NC 27601
Client: State of North Carolina
Duration: 12+ Months
Job Description: Seeking an experienced contracts writer to draft and execute MOUs, MOAs, vendor contracts, and related agreements. The role requires coordinating with legal, privacy and security, finance, and procurement teams to ensure all requirements are satisfied and documentation is well organized. Will maintain a centralized repository of all agreements and align programs with governing documents. Strong emphasis on health IT knowledge, interoperability, and data exchange programs.

5 Key Technical Skills:

  • Drafting and executing MOUs, MOAs, and vendor contracts
  • Health IT programs and services, especially health information exchange and interoperability
  • Privacy, security, finance, and procurement coordination
  • Organized document repositories (SharePoint)
  • Administration of Medicaid Advance Planning Documents and federal funding processes
