Job Summary (List Format) – Senior AWS Solutions Engineer

- Provide technical leadership and support for Medicaid initiatives, focusing on Curam, AWS, and J2EE technologies
- Design and implement scalable solutions and modernization components for Medicaid programs
- Transform complex policy rules and business requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Lead the development of new technical solutions during application modernization efforts
- Create effort estimates and detailed project plans for development, enhancements, and modernization projects
- Develop responsive user interfaces using low-code/no-code tools
- Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Apply Agile development methodologies to project execution
- Leverage development experience in AWS, J2EE, and Curam for solution building
- Utilize DevOps practices and Shift Left testing to improve software quality and deployment processes
- Implement GenAI solutions, including AWS Bedrock, to support worker assistance, knowledge retrieval, and decision support
- Apply hands-on experience with Medicaid Eligibility and large program implementation
- Preferably bring prior experience working with state government projects
