Job Description

Job Title: Snowflake Lead / Architect

Location: Rhode Island

Required Skills:

Snowflake Architecture & Data Warehousing

PySpark, SQL, Python

AWS or Azure Cloud

ETL/ELT Development

Snowpark, Streams, Tasks, Materialized Views

Data Governance & Metadata Management

CI/CD & Automation

P&C Insurance Experience (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Design and optimize Snowflake data platforms and pipelines.

Develop PySpark-based ETL/ELT solutions.

Integrate Snowflake with AWS/Azure services.

Implement data governance, security, and performance optimization.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable data solutions.

Mentor team members and provide architectural guidance.

Qualifications:

10+ years of IT experience with 5-7+ years in Snowflake.

Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake and PySpark.

Experience building enterprise data warehouse solutions.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

P&C Insurance domain experience is a plus.
