Data Governance lead - REMOTE - W2 Contract

·8+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or healthcare data roles, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.

·Deep familiarity with healthcare data standards(HL7 FHIR, ICD-10, SNOMED CT, LOINC) and regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, HITECH,CMS).

·Hands-on experience with data governance tools(Collibra, Alation, Informatica, or similar).

·Strong SQL skills and comfort navigating complex healthcare data environments (EHR, claims, ADT, lab systems).

·Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority.

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
