The person in this role acts as the bridge between technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure new locations and IT projects are delivered successfully from planning through implementation. Responsibilities include coordinating network and infrastructure deployments, managing vendors, supporting hardware and software installations, and ensuring all systems are fully operational before go-live. The environment is fast-paced, project-driven, and may require occasional overtime to meet project deadlines and support critical implementations. The hiring manager emphasized that candidates with a healthcare industry background tend to be the most successful because they understand the pace, urgency, and complexity of supporting healthcare operations.

- Outstanding soft skills are critical. This role requires someone who can communicate effectively with executives, vendors, technicians, and office staff while keeping projects on track.
- The ability to "read the room" is important. The manager wants someone who can adapt their communication style, understand stakeholder needs, navigate challenging situations professionally, and build strong working relationships.
- Flexibility is key, as there may be overtime or after-hours work tied to office openings, migrations, or implementation projects.
