The Role • Operate and monitor a technically sophisticated, multi-stage production line with multiple units and interfaces. • Collaborate closely with team members in a shift environment, ensuring effective handovers and communication. • Maintain high-quality standards through checklist adherence and implementing corrective actions. • Accurately document material, quantity, and time bookings in SAP for process transparency. • Support maintenance personnel with repairs and upkeep tasks. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in packaging technology, process mechanics, industrial mechanics, or a comparable qualification. • Desirable: Relevant professional experience beyond initial vocational training. • Ability to systematically learn complex machinery and progressively take on more responsibility. • Strong safety awareness, working conscientiously, cleanly, and according to standards. • Effective communication skills in German.
