Hiring for AI FinOps Delivery Lead @ Atlanta, GA for a contract position in W2.

Position Summary

Seeking an AI FinOps Delivery Lead to support implementation of the Enterprise AI Cost & Value Management Program. This role will coordinate delivery across AI COE, GCTO, Finance, Procurement, and Global Information Security while helping establish AI cost visibility, reporting, allocation, optimization, and governance capabilities.

The role will work closely with the AI COE PMO and Data Science teams and will be responsible for defining AI FinOps processes, reporting requirements, cost allocation methodologies, and operational governance.

Required Skills

Required

• 5-7 years of experience in:
• FinOps
• Cloud Cost Management
• Technology Financial Management
• IT Financial Management
• Experience with:
• Azure and/or AWS cost reporting
• Cost allocation models
• Showback reporting
• Dashboard requirements gathering
• Stakeholder management

Preferred

• FinOps Foundation Practitioner Certification
• Experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Copilot, Bedrock)
• Power BI experience

Responsibilities

Cost Visibility

• Assist with enterprise AI inventory
• Document AI cost sources
• Identify telemetry sources
• Support data collection efforts

Reporting & Analytics

• Define reporting requirements
• Partner with Data Science team on dashboard design
• Develop KPI definitions
• Support executive scorecard development

Cost Allocation & Showback

• Develop allocation methodologies
• Define ownership mappings
• Create showback reporting requirements
• Partner with Finance on reporting standards

Governance

• Document AI FinOps processes
• Facilitate working sessions
• Track action items and decisions
• Maintain RAID and decision logs

Optimization

• Analyze AI consumption trends
• Identify cost optimization opportunities
• Support monthly AI cost reviews

Value Realization

• Assist with KPI development
• Support cost-per-outcome analysis
• Help define business value measures
