Job Summary

We are seeking a Cloud Network Engineer with a strong combination of Cloud Networking and DevOps experience to join our growing Cloud Network Engineering team. This role is responsible for designing, securing, automating, and supporting customer-facing Azure and AWS cloud network environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud networking, firewalls, infrastructure automation, and network security while working in a highly collaborative cloud operations environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and support cloud networking solutions across Azure and AWS.
Configure and maintain Cloudflare services, WAF policies, and customer-facing network environments.
Manage and optimize Palo Alto and Azure Firewalls, including firewall rule updates, upgrades, and security policy management.
Deploy, configure, and maintain Azure Load Balancers and AWS Load Balancers.
Administer Azure DNS and cloud networking services.
Develop and maintain infrastructure automation using Terraform, Python, and GitHub.
Improve operational efficiency by automating repetitive network administration tasks.
Troubleshoot complex cloud networking, routing, connectivity, and security issues.
Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Cloud Engineering teams to deliver scalable and secure infrastructure.
Support FedRAMP readiness initiatives by implementing security best practices and compliance standards.
Participate in an on-call rotation supporting cloud network infrastructure.

Required Qualifications

U.S. Citizen (Required for FedRAMP compliance).
5+ years of experience in Cloud Network Engineering, Network Security, or Cloud Infrastructure.
Strong hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS networking.
Experience with Cloudflare and Web Application Firewall (WAF) technologies.
Experience managing Palo Alto Firewalls and Azure Firewalls.
Strong knowledge of cloud networking concepts including VPCs, VNets, VPNs, routing, DNS, NAT, and load balancing.
Experience with Terraform, Python, and GitHub for Infrastructure as Code and automation.
Experience with Azure Load Balancers, AWS Load Balancers, and Azure DNS.
Strong understanding of network security principles and cloud infrastructure best practices.
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting FedRAMP or regulated cloud environments.
Experience with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code best practices.
Certifications such as Azure Administrator (AZ-104), Azure Network Engineer (AZ-700), AWS Advanced Networking, Palo Alto PCNSE, or Terraform Associate are preferred.
