The Role • Respond to roadside assistance requests with speed and expertise. • Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle issues on-site. • Provide excellent customer service and reassurance to stranded drivers. • Manage your own van stock, tools, and diagnostic equipment. • Maintain accurate service reports and administrative records. • Adapt to a flexible work schedule that includes varied shifts and potential short notice. What You'll Need • A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • Proven technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience in vehicle repair. • A full UK driving licence. • A strong customer-focused attitude and excellent interpersonal skills. • Flexibility to work varying hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
