The Role • Drive sales activities within the assigned region, including customer events and hotel tours. • Proactively acquire new corporate clients through various methods, including cold calls, contract negotiations, and closing deals. • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts in the region. • Develop and interpret sales reports and analyses for customer and internal performance. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis. • Plan, execute, and participate in regional, national, and international sales meetings, workshops, and training sessions. What You'll Need • Previous experience in sales or a background in hotel management. • Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role is advantageous. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • A proactive, results-oriented approach with a passion for sales. • Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and across departments. • Willingness to travel regionally, to visit clients, and to the head office.
