The Role • Serve as a key point of contact for suppliers and customers. • Prepare all necessary shipping documentation. • Monitor and track delivery timelines. • Independently process incoming orders and manage logistics operations. • Coordinate effectively with shipping and logistics partners. • Register shipments in customer portals as required. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a logistics clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk, industrial clerk, or a comparable commercial qualification. • Previous experience in a relevant logistics or dispatch role is advantageous. • Fluency in English and excellent German language skills. • Strong organizational skills and flexibility to adapt to changing demands. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and handle pressure effectively. • Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
