Job Description

Location: New York, NY (10036) - 100% On-site (5 days/week in Times Square Hub)Position Type: 5-Month Contract (Potential to extend/convert based on business need)Compensation: $35.00 - $38.00/hr (W-2 basis, depending on experience)Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week (Standard shifts: 9 AM - 6 PM or 10 AM - 7 PM)We are seeking an agile, execution-focused Programmatic Coordinator to act as a central engine for campaign operations across two premier streaming platforms.Sitting directly at the intersection of live campaign execution, media trafficking, and performance reporting, you will be the internal point of continuity that ensures complex digital campaigns launch with absolute pinpoint accuracy. This is an incredible opportunity to sharpen your technical ad tech skills within a high-velocity, global media ecosystem. Responsibilities:Direct the creative trafficking lifecycle across active programmatic campaigns, executing asset quality assurance, implementing creative tags/pixels, and troubleshooting delivery hitches.Own the end-to-end performance reporting pipeline, extracting, compiling, and distributing ad-hoc and recurring campaign metrics to key internal stakeholders and external brand partners.Act as the critical operational bridge between internal teams (Ad Ops, Sales, Advanced Analytics) and external agency partners to keep live deliverables aligned and moving forward.Keep a proactive eye on live digital campaigns, instantly flagging pacing discrepancies, delivery interruptions, or tracking anomalies.Maintain, scale, and update structured trafficking sheets, organizational reporting templates, and campaign SOPs.
