Deli Clerk | Greensboro, NC | Hybrid We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join a leading regional grocery retailer known for its commitment to quality products and exceptional in-store experiences. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about food and providing outstanding service to shoppers. The Role • Greet and interact with all guests in a polite and friendly manner. • Prepare products for sale, including frying, cutting, slicing, weighing, pricing, and cooking. • Ensure product freshness, quality, and proper stock levels at the deli station. • Maintain sanitation standards in all work and storage areas. • Assist guests with product inquiries, offer samples, and explain offerings. • Potentially assist with front-end duties and announce specials as needed. What You'll Need • A friendly and outgoing personality with strong communication skills. • Ability to work effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment. • Capacity to explain product details, including ingredients and menu items. • Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally. • Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, and kneel, and read and understand information. • Must be at least 18 years old.
