What We're Looking For

• Strong experience as a Technical Business Analyst on enterprise application development projects.
• Hands-on background in Java or .NET application development.
• Ability to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Experience working closely with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and project managers.
• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with requirement gathering, process analysis, user stories, use cases, and functional documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Java or .NET development experience
• SQL and database knowledge
• REST APIs and system integrations
• Agile/Scrum experience
• JIRA, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools
