Project Overview

A transformation team is seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator / Change Analyst to support the delivery of a broad digital and AI transformation program. This is a hands-on role that spans project coordination, change management, communications, and M365 platform support - ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, lean team environments and is comfortable context-switching across workstreams.

The initial engagement is six months with a strong likelihood of extension, and the successful person will report directly to the Transformation Program Manager with a flat team structure, meaning a high degree of autonomy is expected from day one.

Key Activities
  • Maintain the team's Kanban board and support end-to-end management of the project pipeline, including tracking progress, risks, issues, actions, and dependencies
  • Prepare project status reports, executive dashboards, and stakeholder updates; follow up proactively to keep initiatives on track
  • Support project scoping, planning, and implementation activities across multiple concurrent workstreams, including establishment and ongoing management of the IT project pipeline
  • Develop and coordinate change and communications activities to support user adoption across technology projects, including creation of communications, training materials, and support resources
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement activities and support business readiness for new solutions and ways of working
  • Provide day-to-day M365 and SharePoint support to staff - resolving user issues, providing guidance, and driving platform adoption
  • Convert a substantial library of recorded content into polished self-service learning resources, ideally using Clipchamp
  • Contribute to AI and digital transformation initiatives focused on improving productivity, staff experience, and customer outcomes as this workstream grows
Your Background Essential
  • Strong project coordination and delivery experience, ideally within a transformation, technology, or change program context
  • Demonstrated experience supporting organisational change and driving user adoption - including developing communications, training materials, and engagement activities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences confidently
  • Practical, hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint - including user support and adoption enablement
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively within a small, fast-moving team
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to roll up sleeves across project delivery and operational support
  • Good technical aptitude and problem-solving capability
Desirable
  • Experience using Clipchamp (or equivalent tools) to edit recordings and produce self-service learning content
  • Prior involvement in AI or digital transformation projects
  • Formal change management qualifications (e.g. Prosci, APMG) - noted as a plus, though strong communication and adoption experience will be weighted more highly
  • Experience working in lean transformation teams without a Senior PM layer
