About the Job- We are looking for an experienced M&A Corporate Manager to join one of our enterprise client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Senior Leadership, M&A, Investment Banking, Financial Modeling along with experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments.

 

Required Skills

• Identify and evaluate M&A and investment opportunities.
• Perform financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence.
• Lead transactions and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Prepare presentations and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Support strategic planning and post-deal integration.

 

Requirements

• 5+ years in Corporate Development, M&A, Investment Banking, Revenue, Strategy.
• Strong financial analysis, valuation, negotiation, and communication skills.
