UX Designer

We are specifically looking for strong UX Designers with hands-on experience in wireframing, user flows, and prototyping. Please prioritize profiles with expertise in tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.

Technical Expertise

·       Strong understanding of Agile and Lean UX methodologies

·       Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, OmniGraffle)

·       Ability to create concepts using sketching, brainstorming, and other generative techniques

·       Experience with interactive and time-based prototyping tools (e.g., Hype, Keynote)

·       Strong visual communication and storytelling skills

Business Acumen

·       Ability to connect industry trends to internal strategy and recommend actionable insights

·       Solid understanding of design thinking principles and their business value

·       Systems thinking mindset, with the ability to understand how components interact within larger organizational and technical systems

Leadership

·       Advocates for a collaborative, transparent, and data-informed decision-making process

·       Effectively communicates UX concepts and rationale to cross-functional stakeholders

·       Demonstrates empathy and awareness of cultural and organizational dynamics

·       Strong ability to interpret and communicate customer perspectives, behaviors, and motivations

·       Comfortable making informed decisions in ambiguous environments with incomplete information
