Sap FICA

We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient SAP FICA Developer with strong cross-functional exposure to SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and the Utilities (IS-U) industry. You will design, build, test, and deploy customized solutions, integration enhancements, and data migrations within our SAP S/4HANA environment.
Key Responsibilities
•       Development & Customization: Design and code complex developments in SAP FI-CA (Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable) and related IS-U subcomponents.
•       EAM Integration: Build robust integrations between SAP FI-CA, Billing, and SAP EAM (Plant Maintenance) processes—linking financial data and customer service orders to field asset operations.
•       S/4HANA Migration: Support full lifecycle implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and data conversion efforts moving into SAP S/4HANA environments.
•       Enhancements & Forms: Write ABAP code, exits, enhancements, BAPIs, and Fiori extensions supporting financial transactions, billing triggers, and maintenance notifications.
•       Cross-Module Collaboration: Partner with functional consultants (FICA, Billing, PM/EAM, MM) and technical teams (BASIS, PI/PO) to troubleshoot and execute end-to-end solutions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
•       Experience: 5+ years of total SAP technical/development experience, with at least 6+ years dedicated hands-on experience in SAP FI-CA.
•       Industry Background: Minimum 3–5 years supporting the Utilities industry domain and core business procedures.
•       EAM Knowledge: Working technical/functional understanding of SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance (PM) integration points (equipment, functional locations, work orders, and maintenance notifications).
•       Technical Stack: Proficiency in SAP ABAP, OO-ABAP, ALE/IDoc, Web Services, Fiori/UI5, and BRF+ business rules.
•       Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
