The Role

• Monitor industry for emerging cybersecurity threats and assess their risk to company products.
• Conduct and document vulnerability assessments and provide support to product development teams.
• Assist product development efforts with security and network vulnerability resolutions.
• Develop and execute test procedures for OS patches and anti-virus software, automating processes where possible.
• Educate relevant teams on network security and virus protection topics.
• Collaborate with software engineers to define and implement security requirements.

What You'll Need

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 4-8 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in computer and network security, and computer networking administration.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience in software application testing, maintenance, and cybersecurity risk assessment.
• Familiarity with enterprise computer network infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of security analysis and protection tools.
