The Role • Define and execute the AI strategy for Lead-to-Cash processes, including product development plans and requirement definitions. • Drive AI implementation opportunities across Sales, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to improve efficiency. • Oversee the development of AI-powered tools that address process pain points and deliver measurable operational gains. • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand needs and develop AI solutions that accelerate revenue cycles. • Establish KPIs to measure the business value and adoption of AI within Lead-to-Cash workflows. • Foster relationships with AI vendors and partners to integrate cutting-edge capabilities.
