The Role • Drive canvassing-based initiatives to generate sales leads for sales representatives. • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a team of Field Canvassers, setting accountability through marketing goals and KPIs. • Identify, schedule, and plan routes for the Field Canvassing team within assigned territories. • Manage local permit requirements to ensure compliance with ordinances and regulations. • Collaborate with local Operations and Installation Managers to expand brand presence in the market. • Track and report on canvassing lead generation metrics to evaluate performance and ROI. What You'll Need • High school diploma or equivalent. • 2+ years of management experience in field canvassing for a direct-to-consumer industry. • Proven experience in customer service, sales, lead generation, and/or field marketing. • Experience recruiting, onboarding, and training field staff. • Ability to work outdoors in varying climates and work evenings and weekends. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
