Job Location :: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)

Description:

AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an experienced AI Architect to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing AI-driven solutions, architecting scalable applications, integrating Generative AI capabilities, and driving the adoption of AI technologies across the software development lifecycle. You will collaborate with product, data, business, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into innovative technical solutions while providing technical leadership and guidance on AI capabilities.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.

• Strong experience with Generative AI / LLMs, including OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar technologies.

• Expertise in application architecture, system design, and scalable solution architecture.

• Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).

• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

• Understanding of data engineering, APIs, and enterprise system integration.

• Experience with AI pipelines, model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

• Ability to evaluate and apply AI tools and frameworks across the application development lifecycle.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience providing technical leadership and guiding cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing AI solutions in enterprise applications.

• Exposure to DevOps / MLOps practices and methodologies.

• Knowledge of Responsible AI, AI governance, security, and compliance principles.

• Experience driving the adoption of AI-enabled development tools and frameworks.

• Experience providing training and technical guidance on AI capabilities and emerging technologies.

• Prior experience working in a Technical Lead or Architect role.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across product, data, business, and engineering teams.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical discipline.

• Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience will also be considered.
