Job Description

Conviso Inc is hiring PMP Certified infrastructure and service delivery Lead /Customer Support Lead position. This is a Remote set-up position and comes with benefits, 401K & some accrued PTO Title: Customer Support Lead/PMP Certified infrastructure and service delivery Lead
Remote Role Certification: IAT Level III (DoD 8570/8140); active PMP (or equivalent)
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field
Clearance: Secret; willing and able to upgrade to TS with SCI eligibility (T5 investigation) if required by mission needs Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 10 years managing large, complex IT infrastructure and service delivery projects.
  • Minimum 10 years as PM in a DoD/DOW environment overseeing multiple IT service areas, including expert-level ITIL/ITSM and/or SAFe experience.
  • Managing hands-on technical teams/service desk operations, ITIL 4/ISO 20000-1:2018
