Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Designer with strong experience in ITSM modules, workflow automation, and Python scripting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow solutions

Key Skills:

• Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog)
• Experience in ServiceNow development, customization, workflows, and integrations
• Strong experience in Python development and scripting
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, and automation
• Experience with CMDB, reporting, and dashboards
• Knowledge of Agile and ITIL processes
• ITSM
• ITOMComplaints Management
• Problem Management
• Knowledge Management

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop ServiceNow ITSM solutions and workflows
• Develop Python scripts for automation and integrations
• Customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements
• Support Green IT initiatives by optimizing IT operations and resource usage
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for implementation and support
• Troubleshoot and enhance existing ServiceNow applications

Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow Development / Design
• Strong Python scripting and automation experience
• ITIL certification is a plus
