Job Description



Responsibilities

  • Managed the project through Initiation, Planning, Design, Build, Testing, Deployment, and Hypercare.

  • Developed and maintained the project plan, budget, resource allocation, RAID log, and executive status reports.

  • Coordinated cross-functional teams including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, HR, and IT.

  • Facilitated requirements workshops and ensured business processes aligned with ERP best practices.

  • Managed vendor relationships and coordinated third-party implementation partners.

  • Oversaw data migration strategy, cleansing, validation, and multiple mock conversion cycles.

  • Led weekly steering committee meetings and executive governance reviews.

  • Managed change requests, project risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.

  • Coordinated System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), end-user training, and production cutover activities.

  • Planned and executed the go-live strategy, including post-production support and hypercare.
