Business Systems Analyst

Summary:

• Seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to support enterprise Benefits Technology initiatives.
• This role will collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, engineers, and third-party vendors to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and coordinate the implementation of technology solutions.
• The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience with system integrations and data mapping, and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Required Skills:

• Senior-level experience as a Systems Analyst or Technical Business Analyst
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and requirements gathering
• Experience creating technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Hands-on experience with data mapping, system integrations, APIs, and data flows
• Comfortable working with cloud-based and SaaS platforms
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Experience using Microsoft Copilot or other AI productivity tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting Benefits, HR, Risk, Compliance, or Corporate Services applications
• Experience coordinating system implementations, release readiness, and vendor-hosted solutions
• Familiarity with eligibility files, certificates, and enterprise data integrations
