Location : Milpitas, CA – Onsite 3 days in office

 An SAP Functional Manager with deep expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Available-to-Promise (ATP/aATP) bridges the gap between commercial sales and physical fulfillment. In the semiconductor industry, this role ensures that high-velocity, high-value chip orders are accurately promised, prioritized by customer tier, and seamlessly allocated despite volatile fab capacities and global supply constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Global ATP & Allocation Architecture: Architect, configure, and manage SAP Global Available-to-Promise (GATP) or S/4HANA Advanced ATP (aATP) to handle complex allocation strategies, Product Allocation (PAL), and Backorder Processing (BOP).
• Fair-Share & Tiered Promising: Design rule-based ATP (RBA) and alternative location substitution rules to intelligently redirect chip orders to alternative warehouses or OSAT hubs when primary stock is unavailable.
• End-to-End OTC Optimization: Own the functional design of the full Order-to-Cash cycle (SAP SD) including contract management, pricing schemas, high-volume billing, and intercompany STOs (Stock Transfer Orders).
• Supply-Demand Matching: Partner with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) teams to feed real-time ATP constraints back into the demand planning cycle, ensuring customer delivery dates account for dynamic wafer fabrication timelines.
• Customer Prioritization Execution: Implement dynamic delivery scheduling and release-to-ship workflows that protect supply for strategic "Tier 1" automotive or hyperscaler accounts during product shortages.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Advanced ATP Expertise: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on configuration experience in SAP GATP (Advanced Planning and Optimization) or S/4HANA aATP (including Product Allocation, Alternative-Based Confirmation, and Supply Assignment).
• Core OTC Mastery: Deep expertise in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), including order management, credit management, shipping/transportation execution, and electronic data interchange (EDI) setups (e.g., 850/855/856/810 transaction sets).
• High-Tech Business Models: Strong understanding of semiconductor-specific commercial flows, such as ship-and-debit processes, distributor price protections, and managing multi-tier customer hierarchies.
• S/4HANA Migration Edge: Proven experience transitioning legacy SAP ERP (ATP/SD) logic into S/4HANA aATP environments to leverage real-time memory computing.
