Join our team as a Business Intelligence Analyst in a dynamic hybrid role. 
You''ll work with a variety of technologies to support data-driven decision-making processes. 
This position requires a strong analytical mindset to interpret complex business challenges and provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
Collect and analyze data from multiple sources to drive insights into digital performance and business outcomes.
Communicate findings and provide strategy recommendations for optimizing digital performance and experience outcomes.
Develop and manage advanced reporting, dashboards, and BI solutions to monitor digital products'' performance.
Evaluate digital enhancements by defining success measures and identifying usability opportunities.
Produce actionable reports showing key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Qualifications
5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or digital analytics.
Advanced skill using business intelligence applications to develop reporting and analytic solutions.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations.
Advanced knowledge of data integration, data quality, and measurement governance techniques.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across audiences.
