Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a Content Operations Manager to own the flow of content from source to final output across our publishing system. This role is responsible for ensuring that structured content moves cleanly through RegLogic into final PDF and print outputs with accuracy and consistency.

This is not a design role. InDesign is used as a formatting engine. The focus of this position is identifying issues, tracing them to their source, and ensuring they are resolved correctly at the system level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own content production from source through final output, including PDF and print deliverables.
  • Review final outputs and identify formatting or structural issues.
  • Trace issues across the pipeline, including InDesign, RegLogic, and XML, to determine root cause.
  • Resolve issues at the correct level, prioritizing fixes at the source rather than downstream workarounds.
  • Escalate technical issues with clear documentation when fixes are required in underlying systems.
  • Maintain consistency and accuracy across large volumes of content.
  • Manage multiple production schedules, deadlines, and versions simultaneously.
  • Ensure content standards are followed and outputs remain consistent across all publications.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to trace issues across systems.
  • High attention to detail, especially in large scale or repetitive content environments.
  • Comfort working with structured or semi structured content such as HTML, XML, or similar.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, including styles and document flow.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a high level of organization.
  • Comfort taking ownership of outcomes and being accountable for final output quality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with structured publishing workflows.
  • Experience handling complex tables or government style content.
  • Familiarity with content systems that transform or export data across formats.
  • Experience in production, operations, or technical content environments.

Working Style

  • Operates independently and takes ownership of results.
  • Approaches problems by identifying root cause, not just symptoms.
  • Communicates clearly when issues arise and drives them to resolution.
  • Comfortable working across systems and tools rather than staying within one application.

About Mancomm & RegLogic™

Mancomm has been publishing and distributing government regulations for nearly 30 years. Our work helps professionals understand complex regulatory requirements and apply them correctly in the real world.

Our platform, RegLogic™, is a modern system for accessing and understanding regulations. Instead of presenting raw legal text, RegLogic connects regulatory content with expert insight, practical guidance, and tools that help people navigate complex rules more effectively.

We work in industries where regulatory accuracy matters. The systems we build help businesses make better compliance decisions and stay current as regulations change.
