Encompass Developer

Required Skills

 hands-on experience with ICE Mortgage Technology Encompass. Strong experience as an Encompass Developer. Experience with Encompass Developer Connect (EDC). Strong knowledge of Encompass SDK and APIs. Experience developing custom forms, business rules, workflows, and integrations. Strong experience with C#/.NET or comparable development technologies. Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, SOAP/Web Services. Strong SQL/database knowledge. Experience with mortgage/loan origination systems. Understanding of mortgage lifecycle including processing, underwriting, closing, and funding. Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Encompass Web. Experience integrating Encompass with third-party mortgage applications. Knowledge of MISMO standards. Experience with Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loan processes. Experience with Git and CI/CD practices. Experience with Azure or AWS. Agile/Scrum experience.
