Staff Product Designer

Cardone Ventures is hiring a Staff Product Designer in Hyderabad to help design an AI-enabled operating platform used by more than 250k users across learning, business operations, customer intelligence, events, reporting, and workflow automation.

About the Role

This role is for an exceptional individual contributor with outstanding UI and UX taste. We are looking for someone who can take ownership, set the design bar, and turn complex operational software into product experiences that feel clear, fast, elegant, and powerful. You will design products that help teams understand customers, manage operations, surface insights, automate workflows, and make better decisions with AI. The work spans complex dashboards, data-rich interfaces, agent-assisted workflows, internal tools, customer-facing experiences, and design systems. This is a high-responsibility role with broad product influence. You will be expected to own design quality across multiple surfaces, make strong product decisions, partner deeply with engineering, and raise the standard for how our software feels.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for AI-enabled workflows, dashboards, operating tools, and decision-support experiences.
• Set a high bar for UI craft, UX clarity, interaction quality, and product polish.
• Turn complex data, permissions, workflows, and automations into simple, usable experiences.
• Build reusable design systems, interaction patterns, and product standards.
• Partner closely with engineers using modern AI-assisted development tools.
• Prototype quickly, test ideas, and translate ambiguity into clear product direction.
• Design experiences for customer intelligence, learning, events, reporting, and operational execution.
• Review product surfaces and identify usability, consistency, accessibility, and visual quality gaps.
• Help define how humans interact with AI agents, recommendations, alerts, and automated workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience.
• Exceptional UI and UX taste, with a portfolio that shows polished, thoughtful product work.
• Strong experience in SaaS, enterprise software, AI products, analytics, data platforms, or workflow tools.
• Excellent interaction design, systems thinking, visual design, and product judgment.
• Advanced Figma skills and comfort designing with AI tooling.
• Experience with dashboards, data tables, permissions, workflows, automations, or operational systems.
• Ability to work deeply with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• High ownership, strong communication, and the ability to simplify complex systems.
